cosay respects your privacy. This notice explains what information wearcosay.com currently collects and how it is used.

Information you choose to share

The feedback form may collect a rating, written feedback, your name, and your email address. Name and email are optional. The email signup form collects your email address and records when and where you consented to join the list. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through either form.

How the information is used

• To understand how customers experience cosay products.
• To improve future products and batches.
• To respond when you ask us to contact you.
• To send occasional cosay updates when you explicitly join the email list.

cosay does not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Form service provider

The feedback form is processed by Formspree, which accepts the submission and delivers it to cosay. Formspree may process technical information needed to operate and secure its service, as described in its own privacy policy.

Email signup information is stored in cosay’s Cloudflare database. New addresses are sent in a private weekly digest to the inbox associated with hello@wearcosay.com and may then be maintained in a private subscriber spreadsheet.

Retention and your choices

Feedback is kept only as long as it is useful for customer follow-up, product improvement, or reasonable business records. Email signup information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. You may withdraw consent or ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing cosay.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as the website adds features or service providers. The current revision date will always appear above.
